This project set the standard for the mixed-use live/work environment in Summerville, SC and sits prominently at the main entrance. The LEED Gold commercial office building is the headquarters for MWV Development operations in the Carolinas. The three stories are contrasted with a brick, and curtain wall facade. Our Team partnered with Graham-Hodge Associates, were responsible for the site management, and installation of the exterior curtain wall, entrances, and sun-control devices.

MetLife’s Global Technology Center in Cary, NC, is yet another prime piece of real-estate brought to the triangle by Highwoods Properties! The Class A, LEED Gold certified office space, is one of of triplets overlooking Lake Crabtree. In partnership with Graham-Hodge Associates, our Team provided preconstruction services including schedule development, fabrication and installation estimates, and general oversight of system design and detailing. Our team provided the boots on the ground management, while we fabricated and erected of over 90,000 square feet of custom OBE Reliance TCIG curtain wall, sun-control elements, and entrances.

The Roxboro at Venable brings a urban Class A office and Life Science space to the historic Durham, NC Tobacco district. We partnered with Graham-Hodge Associates at the onset of this project. Collaboratively providing preconstruction services, management, procurement, fabrication and installation of the custom Oldcastle BE Reliance TC curtain wall with a mixed pattern of MCM and Glazing infills. In addition to the glazing scope, we teamed up with DAMS, Inc., to successfully manage the design, and installation of the ACM cladding elements to deliver on a one of a kind facade in the heart of the Durham skyline.
